Site visits in New Providence are usually within the week. Out-island visits are arranged around crew travel.

Questions we get asked
Do you work outside New Providence?
Yes. We have completed roofing and renovation work on Harbour Island, Royal Island and Paradise Island, and we price out-island logistics (freight, crew accommodation and travel) as separate line items so you can see them.
Are you insured?
Every project is covered under a Contractors’ All Risks (CAR) policy, with General Liability and Workers’ Compensation cover as standard. Certificates are available on request.
Why Enviroshake instead of cedar shake?
Cedar shake in The Bahamas lasts 12 to 15 years before it splits, curls and lets water in. Enviroshake is an engineered composite that keeps the cedar look, is rated for hurricane winds and impact, and does not rot or need treating. We are a certified installer.
How do quotes work?
We visit the site, take measurements (and drone photos of roofs), then send a written proposal with a scope of work, a price and a programme. Larger jobs run on standard AIA contract forms with progress payments against work in place.
Can you take over a project another contractor started?
Yes. We have completed homes left unfinished by previous contractors, correcting the structural work first. We start with an inspection and a written report of what we find.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the job and on material lead times: Enviroshake and steel buildings are ordered to size, so allow 8 to 12 weeks from deposit for delivery. Call us early and we will put you in the schedule.
