Full-service construction for residential and commercial developments.
From a 1,800 sq. ft. guest cottage to a 19,000 sq. ft. department store, we take a project from permit to handover with our own crews for carpentry, masonry, concrete and finishing. One contract, one point of contact, a schedule you can hold us to.

Roofing Systems
Certified installation of Enviroshake composite shake, TPO membrane, steel and asphalt.
Roofing is the work we are best known for. We have replaced more than 50,000 sq. ft. of cedar shake with Enviroshake across Nassau, Paradise Island and Harbour Island, over Grace Ice & Water Shield underlayment, with TPO membrane on the flat sections. Enviroshake is an engineered composite shake made for hurricane country: it does not rot, split or curl, and it keeps the look of a cedar roof.

Steel Buildings
Fabrication and erection of custom steel structures.
Pre-engineered and custom steel buildings for workshops, service departments and warehouses, with foundations and anchor-bolt plans done by our own concrete crew. Recent steel builds include the Restaurant Supply warehouse on East Street South and the service department building for Bahamas Bus & Truck.

Renovations & Retrofits
Modernisation and expansion of existing structures with minimal disruption.
Older Bahamian homes and commercial buildings often need more than paint: spalling concrete, failed beams, water intrusion and roofs at the end of their life. We diagnose first, then fix properly. We have also taken over and completed homes left unfinished by other contractors, correcting the structural work before carrying them through to full finish.

Project Management
Supervision and coordination for efficient project delivery.
Every job runs on a written schedule in Microsoft Project, drawings and RFIs in Bluebeam, and a site-specific Health & Safety Plan. Owners and architects get progress reports with drone photos, change orders in writing, and applications for payment on standard AIA forms.

Beyond Nassau
Out-island work
We have completed roofs and renovations on Harbour Island, Royal Island and Paradise Island. Freight, crew travel and accommodation are priced as their own line items so there are no surprises on an out-island job.
